 At Royal Kupuna, we provide clear and transparent pricing based on mileage for our non-emergency medical transportation services.

Ambulatory: $25

Wheelchair: $50

Stretcher/Gurney: $120

Mileage Rate: $3.00 per mile

We are available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
