Richard from Royal Kupuna Transport is fantastic. This is the second time we've used his company and will continue to use him. He is professional, but very friendly and clearly has a passion for providing quality transport and care for each client. He made contact prior to the initial pick-up to confirm the times and locations and was very prompt when it came to the return trip. He also texted to let me know they had returned to the facility safely. His vehicle is very clean both inside and out. He and his company are definitely 5 star.

Richard was superb! He called the day before to confirm the appt to transport my sister who is wheelchair bound at this time. He kept me posted of his time line, was compassionate and caring with my sister, and waited until her one hour appt was done. Will definitely use his services again!

Richard provides exceptional customer service. He is professional, courteous, and kind. My mom was handled as she was his own relative. It was raining a little but he took the extra time to lend an umbrella. He is on time and responds to calls promptly. Definitely recommend him for future transportation needs.

The owner Richard is so amazing he has such compassion and generally cares for his clients. He treats my mom with such respect. He is so very accommodating that even when mom needed to be sent to ER he made sure a driver came to get her and he brought her home even thou it wasn’t scheduled. I give this company 5 STARS because no other transport on Oahu can even come close to his services he provides

Richard of Royal Kupuna Transportation was so wonderful! We had spent the afternoon early evening in the ER with my 86 year old mom who had fallen. She was taken in the ambulance to the ER and we weren’t sure how we would get her in our car. We called several numbers and Richard was the only one to answer his phone. We told him our situation and he said he could be there at the hospital in 15 minutes. He was waiting outside for us with a wheel chair that secured into his van. After the ordeal in the ER my mom was thrilled to go home in such a nice and secure ride. Richard helped wheel mom up to our condo. He was truly our savior that night! Thank you Richard!! Your company is number one!!🙏
